§ 8-400. Unlawful actions.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any permittee whose permit has been revoked to continue any activity that is no longer authorized by such permit or is a violation of this division or any applicable law or regulation.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to remain upon any City property covered by a permit issued pursuant to this division after the permittee has asked such person to leave. This subsection shall not apply to City officers, employees, agents and contractors engaged in the performance of their official duties.
