§ 8-373. Unlawful actions.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person whose permit issued pursuant to this division has been revoked to continue any activity that had been authorized by the permit.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to remain upon the property covered by a permit after having being requested to leave by the permittee. This subsection shall not apply to public officials engaged in the performance of their official duties.
