§ 8-309. Entry fee on weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For the privilege of entering Bryan Park during the period commencing April 1 and continuing through September 30 of each year, with the exclusion of the three-week azalea blossom period as provided in Section 8-308, on any weekday, Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of holidays falling on any of such days, there shall be imposed upon and collected from the operator of each vehicle a fee as set forth in Appendix A to this Code.
