It shall be unlawful for any person to fail, refuse or neglect to obey any such order
given pursuant to Section 8-265 or to return to or go upon any such playground, recreation area or facility after
having been excluded therefrom and before being permitted to do so by the Director
of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities or to return to or go upon any such
playground, area or facility after having been excluded therefrom for persisting in
conduct or deportment as specified in Section 8-265.
