§ 3-75. Entry prohibited to certain persons.

  • (a)

    No person under the age of 18 years shall remain in a public dance hall after 10:00 p.m. unless lawfully employed therein or unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

    (b)

    The manager of any public dance hall shall conduct, or cause to be conducted, a positive identification and age check of each person seeking admittance to ensure compliance with this section.

    (c)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely represent his or her age in order to gain admittance to a public dance hall or for any person to aid, abet or assist in making such false representation.
