Notwithstanding the definition of the term of "parking space" in Section 30-1220, not more than 25 percent of the minimum number of off-street parking spaces required
for a use may be designated and reserved for employee parking and may be arranged
in such manner that access to one such space is provided by passage through another
parking space. For purposes of determining the permitted number of employee parking
spaces, the minimum number of off-street parking spaces required for a use shall be
construed to be the number of spaces determined after application of all of the sections
of this division, including determination of any nonconforming rights that may be
applicable to the use.
