§ 28-962. Illicit connection prohibited.

(a)

The construction, use, maintenance or continued existence of illicit connections to the municipal separate storm sewer is prohibited. This prohibition expressly includes, without limitation, illicit connections made in the past, regardless of whether the connection was permissible under law or practices applicable or prevailing at the time of connection.

(b)

No person owning or in control of any premises shall connect a line conveying sewage to the municipal separate storm sewer, or allow such a pre-existing connection to continue. A person shall be considered to be in violation of this section if the person connects a line conveying sewage to the municipal separate storm sewer, or allow such a connection to continue.
