Persons owning, maintaining or using poles installed on the City streets or owning,
maintaining or using wires, cables or conductors installed in conduits under the City
streets shall, on or before January 10 of each year, file with the Director of Finance
a sworn statement giving the number of poles owned, maintained or used and the number
of miles of wires, cables, or conductors installed in conduits then owned, maintained
or used by such persons, making the statement in such form as the Director of Finance
may prescribe.
