§ 28-776. Pretreatment permit revocation and modification.

The Director may revoke or modify a pretreatment permit issued pursuant to this division when:

(1)

The user violates or no longer is in compliance with the requirements of this article, including, but not limited to, applicable effluent standards, the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this division, any order issued pursuant to this division, or the user's pretreatment permit;

(2)

The user's discharge threatens the public health, safety or welfare, including, but not limited to, the health, safety or welfare of City employees;

(3)

The user's discharge presents a danger to the environment; or

(4)

The user's discharge interferes with the normal operation of the wastewater system or threatens the lawful operation of the wastewater system.
