§ 28-594. Assignment of individual contracts.

The grantee under an individual contract pursuant to this division may assign such contracts and rights, benefits, privileges, duties and obligations inured, received, imposed and assumed thereby to the tenants of the property receiving wastewater service or to another owner thereof, except the right to reimbursement by the City under Section 28-592(4) shall not be assigned.
