§ 28-487. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Feeder means a designation of the canal which takes water from the James River at Bosher's Dam and conveys the water to the water purification plant, together with any and all settling basins, storage basins, flumes, reservoirs, basins or tanks used in connection with the water supply of the City.
