§ 28-243. Water use requirements differing from established standards; changing quality of water.

  • Should a consumer require the use of water under conditions other than those established as standards by the Director, such extra services shall be provided by the consumer at the consumer's cost and expense. However, when the consumer desires to change the quality of water after it is delivered and, in the opinion of the Director, such water as changed may be available for human consumption, the method of the treatment of the water delivered and the treatment plant used in the process of changing its quality shall be approved by the Director before such change is commenced or continued.
