§ 28-189. City not required to recommend favorable rates.

  • Nothing in this article shall be construed to impose upon the City, the Director or any other of its agents and employees the duty to give notice of or to recommend to a consumer the most favorable rates to which the consumer may be entitled for the supply of gas. No refund shall be made to a consumer of any sum representing the difference between the amount paid at a higher rate and the amount the consumer would have paid at a lower rate.
