§ 27-328. Offenses relating to motor vehicles on private property.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to keep an inoperable motor vehicle on any property zoned for residential or commercial or agricultural purposes, except within a fully enclosed building or structure or otherwise shielded or screened from view.

    (b)

    Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer, or part of a motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer that is in violation of this section.
