§ 26-984. Peddlers—Crabs.
Every person engaged in the business of peddling or hawking crabs upon the City streets, with or without the use of vehicles, shall pay a license tax of $300.00 for the first vehicle and $50.00 for each additional vehicle.
Each vehicle used in the conduct of the business shall be plainly marked with the name and street address of the person conducting the business.
