§ 26-957. Same—Speculative builders.

Every person engaged in the business of a speculative builder, as defined in Section 26-872, shall, for the privilege of transacting business in the City, pay a license fee as set forth in Appendix A to this Code or a license tax equal to $0.19 per $100.00 of the entire cost of the building, as provided in Section 26-871, exclusive of the cost of the land.
