§ 26-612. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Bank means as defined in Code of Virginia, § 58.1-1201.

Net capital means a bank's net capital computed pursuant to Code of Virginia, § 58.1-1205.
