§ 25-259. Location of sewers, gas and water distribution facilities, electric power and telephone service.

All sewers, gas and water distribution facilities and all facilities to furnish electric power and telephone service installed in a subdivision shall be located underground in such places as designated by the Directors of Public Works and Public Utilities.
