An easement at least ten feet in width, across which there shall be no right of access
to or from subdivision lots, shall be provided along the side or rear of lots in dwelling
districts established by or pursuant to Chapter 30 which abut an expressway or toll road. The easement shall be used for the cultivation
of trees, shrubs or other vegetation of such character as will lessen the adverse
effect of the movement of vehicles over such expressway or toll road upon the use
of land for dwelling purposes.
