The width and grade of alleys in business, commercial, industrial and transitional
districts, when required as provided in Section 25-185, shall be such as to permit the convenient and expeditious loading and unloading
of vehicles, without interfering with the reasonable and convenient use of any portion
of them by others for the same purpose and for the convenient and expeditious movement
of vehicles therein. In no event shall the width of any such alley be less than 20
feet.
