§ 25-11. Subdivisions pursuant to the City's Affordable Dwelling Unit Program.

The following shall apply in the case of a subdivision to be developed pursuant to the Affordable Dwelling Unit Program set forth in Chapter 30.
(1)

Lots intended for affordable dwelling units shall be so designated on the preliminary and final subdivision plats.

(2)

No preliminary or final subdivision plat shall be approved until the Director of Planning and Development Review has certified in writing to the Secretary of the Commission that the applicable Affordable Dwelling Unit Program criteria are met.
