§ 24-402. Rules and regulations.

The Director shall promulgate such rules and regulations as he deems necessary in order to give effect to this article and may include such rules and regulations as part of the City's right-of-way design and construction standards manual. Such rules and regulations shall be consistent with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and with sound engineering practices. The Director shall:

(1)

Make such rules and regulations available for inspection in its offices;

(2)

Publish all such rules and regulations in a form for sale to the public; and

(3)

To the maximum extent practicable, make such rules and regulations available electronically and through the Internet.
