§ 23-98. Disposal of tires.

Latest version.

Passenger car tires that have been removed from the rim, in lots of five or more, may with the approval of the Director be disposed of at a transfer station at a charge as set forth in Appendix A to this Code. The Director may authorize the disposal of tires, other than passenger car tires, at a charge as set forth in Appendix A to this Code.
