§ 21-284. Misrepresentations prohibited.

Latest version.

No public employee having official responsibility for a procurement transaction shall:
(1)

Knowingly falsify, conceal, or misrepresent a material fact;

(2)

Knowingly make any false, fictitious or fraudulent statements or representations; or

(3)

Make or use any false writing or document knowing the writing or document to contain any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or entry.
