§ 21-71. Obstruction of practices required under chapter.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to:

    (1)

    Directly or indirectly cause or coerce or attempt to cause or coerce any person to disregard any practice required to be performed under this chapter.

    (2)

    Directly or indirectly engage in economic reprisal or intimidation or harm or threaten harm to any person or retaliate or interfere with any person because such person is willing to or has complied with any practice required to be performed under this chapter or encouraged others to comply with any section in this chapter or has exercised or attempted to exercise any right conferred in this chapter.

    (3)

    Directly or indirectly cause or coerce or attempt to cause or coerce another person to engage in economic reprisal or intimidation or harm or threaten harm to any person or retaliate against or interfere with any person because such person is willing to or has complied with any practice required to be performed under this chapter or encouraged others to comply with any section in this chapter or has exercised or attempted to exercise any right conferred in this chapter.
