§ 18-35. Removal of members; compensation.

(a)

The City Council, in its discretion, shall have power and authority to remove any member of the Public Library Board for misconduct or neglect of duty.

(b)

The members of the Board whose appointment is provided for in this article shall serve as such members without compensation.
