§ 15-100. Same—Application to health care providers.

(a)

Each physician in the City shall test or screen eligible patients for lead exposure at the interval and methods as required by law.

(b)

Each licensed, registered, or approved health care facility serving children, including, but not limited to, hospitals and clinics, shall provide testing or screening as described in Subsection (a) of this section.
