§ 12-96. Swimming course of instruction.

A fee as set forth in Appendix A to this Code shall be charged and paid into the City treasury to aid in defraying the cost of conducting courses of instruction in swimming to be given in the public pools in the City. Such fee shall be used in defraying the cost of providing facilities and staff for such instruction.
