§ 12-95. Athletic activities; adult leagues; tennis tournaments; tennis camps; softball tournaments.

(a)

The fee schedule applicable to athletic activities when the activities are conducted by an organized adult athletic league and tournaments shall be as set forth in Appendix A to this Code.

(b)

Tennis fees shall be as set forth in Appendix A to this Code. In addition, a fee for each hour or fraction thereof may be charged and paid into the City treasury for using after sunset each tennis court maintained and operated by the City, to aid in defraying the cost of making tennis courts available for use.

(c)

All fees imposed pursuant to this section shall be paid into the City treasury to defray the cost of maintaining such facilities.
